Others May Imitate But Never Duplicate, Generations of Quality Pizza at Pasquale's

Our Gratitude is Yours

On behalf of our entire family we would like to express our gratitude to all of you fine people who have been through our doors so many times.

At Pasquale's, we're all about family and great food. Our pizza is uniquely New York City style and we believe - and so many of you have told us you agree - that it's just like the real thing served "back home."

And it's difficult to describe the pride that fills us, every time a satisfied customer tells us so.

Thanks again, and we'll see you at the counter.

Pasquale's - A True Family Success Story

If you've lived in the area for a while, we're sure you've noticed how we've grown. From our original Royal Palm location, which has been long since expanded, upgraded and modernized, to three locations serving all of northwest Broward County. We haven't forgotten what created our success in the first place, and we promise you to continue to only use only the finest, freshest ingredients in the food that we prepare.

Pasquale Marrone

Who is "Pasquale?"

That's the second most often asked question from our customers! Pasquale is none other than our Grandfather, Pasquale Marrone! Our father named his very first restaurant after his father, Pasquale. (The most often asked question from our customers is "how do you make such great pizza?!")

1968 - From Humble Beginnings

Since the late 1980s, we've been serving great food to Coral Springs and the surrounding neighborhoods, continuing a forty year tradition that started in Tom's River, New Jersey.

But the Pasquale's story goes back further than that. Our father George Marrone Sr., son of Pasquale, started in the restaurant business in 1968 when at the age of 16 he went to work for his mentor Bruno Calandria at Bruno's "Pizza Town USA" pizzaria on Route 17 in Paramus, New Jersey.

From those humble beginnings our family has built a proud tradition that continues on today in each of our restaurants, in every pizza we make and in every dish we serve.

1974 - The Move Down The Shore

Mom and dad move down the shore to Tom's River, New Jersey and on March 23rd, with $400 in his pocket and a lot of IOUs, George Sr. opened the original "Pasquales," a 1,600 square foot restaurant seating 40, named after his father, Pasquale Marrone.

1984 - Expansion

On October 13th, George expands the family business
and opens his second store, in Bricktown, New Jersey,
a 1,700 square foot restaurant seating 60.

1986 - Southbound

On August 15th, the Marrone family moves to South Florida, continuing their business in New Jersey.

1988 - Our Original Florida Location - Royal Palm

On September 21st, the Marrone family opens their
first Florida location at 10337 Royal Palm Boulevard,
in Coral Springs, a 2,030 square foot restaurant
seating 75. 17 year old George Jr., 15 year old Mike,
and 13 year old Nick, join Dad and begin working
in the restaurant.

2000 - Pasquale's: The Next Generation

2001 - Our Dad Retires

George Jr. takes over the daily opeartions of the original Coral Springs restaurant. An expansion to 3,770 square feet soon followed; now able to seat 115 hungry people. Today our original Royal Palm location is still operated by George Jr.

George Marrone Sr. retires, and leaves the restaurant
business to his three sons, George Jr., Michael, and Nick.

2005 - Second Coral Springs Location Opens

2010 - Coconut Creek; Our Third South Florida Location

On August 22nd, 2005, the Marrone family opens their second
Coral Springs location, at 5609 Coral Ridge Drive, a 5,644
square foot, state of the art eatery with seating for 165 and
operated by Michael Marrone.

On May 24th 2010, the Marrone family opens their third South
Florida location at 4690 North State Road 7, a 3,000 square foot, brand new from the ground up restaurant with seating for close
to 100 and operated by George Marrone Jr.

2016 - Royal Palm Beach / Wellington; Our Fourth Florida Location
